Home Boarding

- If you need to nominate another person to either drop off or collect your dog we ask that you inform us of the name and phone number of that person. The dog will not be released to them without prior consent from the owner. You will be liable for any extra charges (extra night stay) should this occur.

- Charges/Rates are as follows: €25 per night for the first three nights, €20 per night for the remaining Stay. Second dog from the same household half the cost of first dog. Pre-Arranged Special Rates for stays longer than two weeks. Rate of €40 for Christmas night.

- It is your responsibility to vaccinate your dog. All dogs must be fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks before staying with us. We take no responsibility for your dog contracting any viral diseases while staying with us. Vaccination against kennel cough is not required but recommended.

- We can accept no responsibility should your dog become pregnant during their Stay. Please advise us immediately if your female dog is in season or due to come into season. Preference is given to neutered / spayed dogs.

- If we cannot contact you, your emergency contact person nominated , or you have not contacted dublindogcare; a new home will be found for your dog if not collected 30 days from due departure date. You agree to this and to pay for all associated costs.

- We reserve the right to act in the best interests of the dog. We will contact you / emergency contact as requested immediately should your dog become ill. If you / emergency contact cannot be contacted within a reasonable time we reserve the right to seek appropriate veterinary attention and proceed with treatment regardless of costs, which you agree to cover. We will accept and act upon that veterinarian's advice.

- While every possible care and attention is given to each dog, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage, howsoever arising. Any vet fees incurred during the dogs stay will be covered by you the owner. It should be noted here that no dog has ever been injured in our care and dublindogcare have full public liability insurance.

- Your dog should be wearing an Id tag on his/her collar (as per control of dogs act legislation)

- Breed Specific Legislation: If your dog is a breed affected by this legislation then by law your dog must be muzzled and leashed when out in public. dublindogcare must abide by the law. It is your responsibility to provide muzzle. (Control of Dogs (Restriction of Certain Dogs) Regulations, 1991 )

- If you want you dog to be walked off leash this is at your own risk. dublindogcare will only walk dogs off leash in enclosed safe parks however as your dog may not know us here at dublindogcare we cannot be held liable if your dog will not return when called.

Home Visits

- Charges/Rates are as follows: €10 per visit / check for. Double Rate charged for Christmas day; €20 per visit / check.

- You give authorisation for dublindogcare to enter your home while you are not present as arranged for pet care services.

- It is your responsibility to vaccinate your dog. We take no responsibility for your dog contracting any viral diseases while you are away.

- We can accept no responsibility should your dog become pregnant during your time away. Please advise us immediately if your female dog is in season or due to come into season.

- If you are held up and need to extend the duration of care for your dog and dublindogcare is unavailable to provide this care due to prior arrangements then suitable secure arrangements will be made for the care of your dog. You agree to this and to pay for all associated costs.

- We reserve the right to act in the best interests of the dog. We will contact you / emergency contact as requested immediately should your dog become ill.
